We understand your purchase may not be exactly what you wanted.
You can return your item(s) within 30 days for an Exchange, Store Credit or Refund if it is unused with the original unmarked box & tags attached.

Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs. However, we do cover the cost of sending out an exchange item to you.

Store Credit Or Exchange
Can't decide now? Just choose store credit and choose something later, it's valid for three years or if you prefer we can also do an exchange. Note that we do not cover return shipping costs.

Refund
Would you like a refund on a full priced item? Not a problem! 

Easy Steps for Return

Print Order Invoice & Instructions
Print the Order invoice you like to return, add a instruction on what you had like to do with the returned item - Exchange/ Store Credit or a Refund and mention specific instructions on what you would like to exchange your order for.

Post the Parcel
Drop off your return to your nearest Post Office or Post Box and we will process your request when we receive and process your return.

How to Submit a Return
We want to make the return process as simple as possible for you. Please read and follow the instructions below to ensure your return is processed smoothly:

Key Return Guidelines:

Return Period: All items must be returned and received by us within 30 days from the original delivery date. Returns received after this 30-day period will not be eligible for refunds.

Credit/Exchange Value: The value of Store Credit or exchanges will be based on the original purchase price of the item. For refunds, only the amount paid for the product will be refunded, excluding any original shipping costs.

Return Shipping Costs: Please note that we do not provide a return label or cover return shipping costs. However, we do cover the cost of sending out an exchange item to you.


Requirements for Your Return:

Items must be in original condition (unworn, with all original packaging and tags attached).Include your invoice, name, and phone number inside the return package.

Product tags must be attached and in original condition. The product and its packaging must be in a resalable condition.

Shoe boxes are part of the product. Boxes that are returned unprotected, writing on any packages or with labels/tape will not be eligible for a return or exchange. Shoe boxes must be sent back in a satchel or protective box without labels or sticky tape on them.

If your return does not satisfy the return requirements, the returns team have the right to reject the return. if this happens you will be liable for covering the cost of the return shipping back to you.

Important Points:

Before returning shoes, please ensure that you have tried the shoe on properly by loosening the laces right up to allow for the added width for the zipper to get around the front of the shoe, as well as removing the inner soles to accommodate any AFO or Orthotics. This makes a huge difference to how the shoe fits and after this first adjustment you can go by just the zipper.

Sale Items: Sale items can only be returned if they are faulty. Please see our SALE return policy for details.

Incomplete Returns: We cannot process returns that arrive without identifying information (invoice, name, phone number & return instructions). If there is no information, we cannot track the return or issue a refund, credit, or exchange.
